Self Defense

We at RMSI have aligned ourselves with one of the most prestige's and elite  Weapons and Tactical Combat Training, and Close Quarters Combat Training facilities in the World.  I have studied at the FARM under the direction of Scott and Gary and been trained in Tactical Long Range > 1000 Meter Recon and Precision Rifle, Precision Rifle and Recon <400 Meters, Night Fighting and the Carbine,Tactical Handgun Training, Clearing and Securing Buildings and other Weapons Training.  I can attest from experience that these Men are the best at what they teach, and are gifted and talented instructors and I consider them to be very loyal good friends.

Scott Swofford/Firearms Training

Scott's Profile PictureScott Swofford is an owner and founder of “The Farm,” a training facility and law enforcement supply company in Salt Lake City, Utah. Scott is a graduate of training from Dennis Tueller/Glock Inc., John Farnham/ DTI, Jeff Cooper/Gunsite,Louis Awerbuck/ Yavapai Firearms Academy, Clint Smith/ International Training Consultants, and over 260 hours of training
at Thunder Ranch Texas covering the entire curriculum. He was guest staff at Thunder Ranch Texas, Is Utah/POST certified
as a firearms instructor, and has taught Sniper Instructor and
Specialized Munitions courses for the Department of Public Safety.
He taught weapons and tactics at Action Target’s LETC seminars from 1999 to 2004. His training has been featured on the cover of SWAT Magazine, (June 2004) and he has worked abroad in 50 countries, on every continent.


Gary Eubanks

Gary Eubanks has trained in the martial arts since 1969. Gary has trained under some of the best martial artist in history. Mainly,
Chuck Norris, Michael Stone, Pat Johnson. Gary is a 4th deg. Black belt. He teaches many different styles of karate as well as street fighting self-defense and Close Combat self-defense. Gary’s main focus now is on Close Combat Street fighting. Gary Eubanks has been an active shooter since 1962. He has trained at the FARM under Scott Swofford in Tactical shooting and Precision Rifle. Gary is a certified NRA Pistol Instructor , Certified Personal   Protection in the Home Instructor. Gary is also a Utah Certified
Concealed Carry Firearm Instructor and Utah Bail Enforcement Firearms Instructor.
